Valentines Weekend

On Valentine's weekend, Jacob had his first date.  She's a couple of weeks older, so she's kind of a cougar, but they have many things in common - like they both like to eat tables.  It was love.

We love our photo spot by the LA Temple!  Valentine's Family Photos.  <3 nbsp="" p="">

Ben's 28th Discount Birthday

Ben turned 28!  Woot woot!  This year's birthday theme was "free" and/or "discount."  Ben did his research and found out what you can get for free on your birthday . .

We started the day at Denny's where you can get a free Grand Slam on your birthday - all you have to do is show them your ID.  Since I was along for the ride on all of these adventures, I needed something too.  So, we added extra scrambled eggs to the free Grand Slam for $1.29, I got the bacon from Ben's meal, and with tax and tip we paid a total of $3.00.

Our next stop was IHOP, where you can get a free short stack on your birthday (I think you have to sign up for their birthday club by email for this one).  But, it happened to be National Pancake Day, as well as Ben's birthday, so with a donation of any amount to the Children's Miracle Network it was free short stacks all around!  Baby appreciated that.  ;)  We made a donation of $5.00 so that was our grand total there.

After breakfast(s), I came home for a nap and Ben took off on a three-hour 50-mile bike ride.  So that was free, obviously.

Then I met Ben at Jamba Juice in Manhattan Beach where he had just picked up his free birthday 16 oz. Jamba!  (Sign up via email for that one.)  We hung out at the beach for a while (parking: $3.75) but it was honestly just a little too chilly for me!  So we headed to a triathlon shop that Ben has been wanting to check out for a while and meandered around there for a while.

Then, Cafe Rio!  This was Ben's choice for dinner no matter the price, but can you believe it - it was $5.00 Tuesday!  Haha!  All of their entrees were $5, plus $1 for an enchilada style burrito, so our total there was $11.99.  Cracked us up.

After dinner we headed home, and stopped at Baskin Robbins for Ben's free birthday scoop (sign up via email).  It was dollar night there, so my ice cream was cheap, but I paid with a gift card so our grand total was $0.00!  Such a funny day.

With other coupons that are good for more than just your actual birthday, Ben still has a free sandwich and drink from Jersey Mike's, a free burger from Red Robin, and a BOGO from Coldstone (that's the one I'm most excited about)!  He cracks me up!

Then we opened presents.  I bought Ben a new waffle iron . . with a gift card - haha!

~*~*~*~

In other news, Ben has been working SO hard at school and at networking/recruiting these first two quarters and has secured himself an awesome internship for the summer!  I am so proud of him.

As soon as he finishes third quarter finals in June, we are off to Minneapolis, Minnesota for a marketing internship with General Mills!

super saturday & visit to the dorffs

I started a new job yesterday!  I am doing the same thing - activities with the elderly and those with dementia - but now I am working at Mt. Diablo Center, part of Rehabilitation Services of Northern California.  Instead of a home where people live 24/7, this place is a day-care facility where families or board-and-cares can drop off their loved ones for a day of activities from 9:30 to 3:00.  This means that I won't have to work evenings, weekends, or holidays . . whoooo hooooo!!

But before I started this new job, we had a fabulous weekend!

Ben went on a long bike ride on Saturday while I went to ballet class.  Then I had Super Saturday - a many-hour-long Relief Society event where we craft, eat dinner, and do service projects.  Apparently everybody knows what Super Saturday is, but I'd never heard of it until we moved here.  The theme this year was Super {Slumber} Saturday so I got to craft, etc. in my sweat pants!  Best.  Here are the two cute things I made -

On the left is a wreath made out of paper flowers made out of old book pages.  Let's be honest - Shelley made most of my flowers because I am not that talented . . but I glued them all to the wire-hanger-turned-wire-circle!

On the right is a Christmas advent calendar made out of/on to a 24-count mini muffin tin!  Each muffin space is covered with a square piece of cardstock, with Christmas patterned scrap-book paper glued on top.  Then we stamped numbers on and added any embellishments we wanted.  To secure the cardstock, we cut sticky magnet strips really small and stuck them on each corner.  To count down to Christmas, I will put candy and/or a Christmas-related task like reading a scripture, watching a Christmas movie, etc. in each square.  I'm excited!  It turned out way cuter than I imagined!

~~~
Some of our very best friends, DJ & Laurel, moved to California to attend Stanford Law and we are so stoked to live nearby again!  We spent all of Sunday after church down in Stanford with them.  What fun!  We enjoyed a lovely lunch, a delightful walk around campus, and some good old catch-up chatting.  Oh, and let's be frank - little Lincoln was terrified of Ben, but he sure loved me!
 We also discussed what personality types we are according to the Myers-Briggs test and how they match up to the Harry Potter characters' personalities charted using the Myers-Briggs test.  If you're trying to figure out what I'm trying to mean, look here and here.  Well, Ben & I hadn't taken the test so we did, and it turns out that I match up with none other than . . . Neville Longbottom!  HA!
dollar store return
I bought 22 plastic table cloths at the Dollar Tree last month for our ward's Pioneer Day celebration.  Turns out, it was way to windy to put them on so we just scratched it, and I didn't submit a reimbursement request for them.  I went today to return them and it turns out that at Dollar Tree, you can't return things straight up.  Neither can you return things for a gift card or any sort of money to spend at a later date.  You have to make a complete exchange for new items right then.  So . . I grabbed a shopping cart and off I went!  Eager to get on with my day and needing to pick out 22 items at the Dollar Tree.  What did I come away with?  Well let me tell you!
3 new loufas
2 bottles of shampoo/conditioner for Ben
2 bottles of body wash for Ben
3 manicure kits (why? I dunno)
2 bottles of nail polish remover
1 set of 10 medium sized binder clips
1 pair of yellow gloves for cleaning
1 set of 10 latex gloves (You never know when you might need to be sanitary)
1 box of toothpicks
1 set of 2 tupperware bowls
1 package of 48 plastic spoons
3 cooling racks for my freshly baked cookies
And then, when I went to pay make my exchange, I was one item short and they were going to have to owe me a dollar (Heaven forbid!), so I also grabbed 1 bottle of Palmolive dish soap.
Are you joking me?  What I should have gotten was a storage bin for all of this crap!
laughter as spiritual medicine
Our Relief Society is having a neat activity this evening.  It's entitled "Laughter as Spiritual Medicine" and it is a dinner combined with another ward, and while we eat, we get to enjoy listening to a couple of speakers about finding joy in the gospel.  There will be two "spiritual" speakers and two "funny" speakers.  Being in the Relief Society presidency, I have the inside information that multiple names were tossed around and people asked to be our "funny" speaker . . unfortunately no one said yes.  So with less than a week left, they turned to me.  How is this for a tall order:  "Please speak to us for about five minutes about how you find joy in the gospel and bring the Spirit into you life.  We would like you to be entertaining and humorous."  Sheesh!  Both of those things - I am not!  Here are *roughly* my thoughts for this evening.
Laughter as Spiritual Medicine
There are a couple of thoughts I want share with you tonight.  One is "If you can laugh at it, you can live with it" and another is "Laughter dispels anger, frustration, embarrassment, etc. which drive the Spirit of the Lord away from us."  I'm going to share a couple of anecdotes from my young married life where my husband, Ben, and I learned to "laugh things off."  A short description of Ben is he is tall, he is charming, and he is wonderful . . wonderful because he loves me in spite of all that "me" entails, as you will learn right now . .
So, anecdote number 1.
Ben and I got married several Junes ago and then went on a week-long honeymoon.  Then we came back to my parent's home to stay for a couple of days before we moved for Ben's summer internship.  I insisted that we stay in my bedroom because it has its own bathroom and I didn't want to share a bathroom with my brothers after we'd only been married one week.  That just seemed awkward.  So while my bedroom has its own bathroom, it gets really hot in the summer and it has only a twin size bed, and as I mentioned before, Ben is tall.  We were cramped.  We slept really close together.  And, we were very newly married.  I woke up in the middle of the night and Ben had turned away from me and was giving me what we call "the butt."   I didn't like this, and in my half-asleep state, I decided that the best way to get him to pay attention to me was to elbow him in the back.  Hard.  Poor Ben, he is just trying to sleep peacefully in the cramped, stifling room, and his new bride sticks her elbow in his spine!  Ben says "WHAT IS THE DEAL?!" and I just put my head in my hands, start crying, and say "You weren't paying attention to me . . "  Long story short, we went back to sleep and when we woke up in the morning, I was mortified but Ben just started laughing and teased me about it all day long.
Anecdote number 2.
Ben and I spent another summer doing an internship and when we moved back to school in Provo, we got to move in to the exact same apartment we had left.  It was so easy and great because we knew where everything was supposed to go and the day was going really smoothly.  Because we were moving things in and walking back and forth from the car, the door was open and a bee flew in.  Terrified of anything with six or eight legs as I am, I screamed and said "A BEEE!!"  Ben said to kill it.  "With what?!"  I said.  And he said to grab the broom he was just brought in . . meaning, obviously, to sweep the bee out the door.  But instead, I grabbed the handle, aimed for the bee, and swung it like a baseball bat.  First, I just heard a loud bang, then I moved the broom and saw that I'd missed the bee by about 2 inches, and then, the window slowly shattered.  It was a huge window, by the way.  Luckily at this point we had learned a little bit about laughing things off, and the first thing I did was slap my hand to my forehead and say "I am such an idiot!"  Then, I brought Ben into the room and we just about died laughing.
Anecdote number 3.
A couple of months ago, Ben and I planned to go to the temple and we had a gift certificate for a nearby restaurant so we were going to go there first.  I picked Ben up from BART, and the first thing he said was "Did you bring my white shirt and tie for me to change in to?"  I said "no."  I'd forgotten it!  Then he said, "Okay, well let's go eat anyways . . I can just zip up my jacket and it looks like my dress shirt is white.  You did bring the gift certificate, right?"  I gasped and said "No!"  I'd forgotten that too.  We decided that we'd go eat anyways before we went to the temple.  When we finally got to the temple, I realized that I'd forgotten my temple bag as well!  I felt like such an idiot and after forgetting all three of those things I just felt stupid and it started to spiral down and down and down.  But, Ben didn't let that happen.  He helped me let it go and he helped us both just laugh it off.
So, in all three of these little stories it would have been so, so easy for Ben to become frustrated and angry, and it was really easy for me to feel embarrassed.  Instead, we, and mostly Ben, used LAUGHTER to lighten the situation.  We just laughed off potentially negative situations.
Elder Robert D. Hales said "The key to strengthening our families is having the Spirit of the Lord come into our homes."  When we have contention or anger or arguing, the Spirit leaves us.  In 3 Nephi 11:29, we read "He that hath the spirit of contention is not of me, but is of the devil, who is the father of contention, and he stirreth up the hearts of men to contend with anger, one with another."
One really great and easy way to help us feel happier and to keep the Spirit with us is to turn to laughter rather than anger or frustration.  It is so important to just "laugh it off" and to not forget that "if you can laugh at it, you can live with it."
they say the funniest things
My peeps, that is.
For example . .
The other day we were playing a game where I say the beginning of a popular phrase and the residents, as a group, finish it.  Things like "Practice makes _________" (perfect), or "A friend in need is __________" (a friend indeed).  Lots of good old ones I've never heard before and that I can't think of right now.
One of them is "Time is _________."  The answers are "the best healer" and "of the essence."
We have one resident who is tiny, so cute, and from the east, with a thick eastern accent.  She is from a town called "Cutler" but according to her she is from "CUTluh."  She answered "Time is _______" with the word "skass."  I'm thinkin "Skass?  Time is skass? What the heck?!"  I repeated it back to her and she said, "Yeah, time is skass!"  I said "Oohhh, okayy" and moved on.  Then one of the managers came into the room just to listen in and I said "Hey, listen to this - I just learned that 'time is skass' . . ?"  She said it a couple of times and thought about it and then said "Scarce!  Time is scarce!"
That gave us a good laugh.
Yesterday we were talking about travel and I asked the residents to think back to the first time they took an airplane.  I'm not allowed to say "Do you remember?" but I wanted them to think about it.
I asked one gentleman where he flew the first time he took an airplane trip and he said "TO THE AIRPORT!!"  Oh dear goodness he thought he was so funny!  We all did.  Another good laugh.
They are hilarious.
stop-light pick-up
The best thing happened to me today.
I was sitting at a stop light with all the windows half-down because it was so warm. I was also listening to music and blowing my nose, the most attractive thing i do. I felt like I was being watched - you know the feeling - so I looked to my right and the guy in the next car was looking at me. Ethnic. Mid-twenties. Nice car. Smart/studious-looking. I think "whatever" - awkward eye-contacts with cars next to you happen every so often - and I go back to just sitting there. Then, I hear him saying "Excuse me!" so I roll down my window and he says "Excuse me, would you like to go get coffee with me or something if you have the time?" And as the light turns green I say "I'm married! Sorry!" and drive off.
Either he is really desperate or I am super attractive when I blow my nose.
I Got Crafty!
Ben had to travel last week for work (I don't know how you women with husbands who travel every week do it), so to keep myself busy after work I made some things to help me organize my jewelry.  I'm totally pleased.
For my necklaces, I covered a cork-board in a pretty frame with some fabric I bought last summer when we lived in the Sunset District.  I think the fabric is to die for.  I also had some flat pearls I bought last summer at Michael's and I hot-glued those onto the top of white thumb tacks to hang my necklaces on.  It probably would have made more sense to secure the fabric onto the cork-board with thumb tacks, but I just hot glued  it on in a few places around the edges.  Ben says it looks like something you could buy in Anthro and that is the ultimate compliment.  The bracelet stand is from Target.
For my hair accessories, I did a similar thing.  I hot-glued fabric onto a cork-board and then hot-glued ribbon cross-ways on top.  I hot-glued the ribbon at the ends and whenever it crossed another ribbon.  Now I can just slip the clips onto the ribbon.
Earrings.  Okay I couldn't get this picture to rotate so you'll have to turn your head.  I just used the same fabric I used for my hair clips (also from the little shop in the Sunset District) and secured it tightly in two embroidery hoops.  Totally easy and totally cute, right?
Our apartment contract is up in January and we are hoping to find another, less pricey place to live so I'm not going to bother putting holes in our walls for these now, but when we move I will hang them all up gallery-style and I'm excited for that.
And at the end of the week, I was done crafting, and this is how I knew Ben was home.  Within the first hour he was home we had popcorn.
I was also a little artsy last month and I entered this in an art contest for art work to hang in the new Zachary's location in Pleasant Hill.  Totally out of my comfort zone to enter an art contest.  Even more so to blog about it.  Eeek.  We'll find out this week if my art gets to go in the new restaurant and if it doesn't, Ben wants to save it for his future "man cave".
And speaking of Ben . . in case you were wondering what the two of us are going to look like in old age, here you go!
toots
When I lived with my lovely, girly roommates, one of them (I think it was Joanna) described me as "the little boy of the apartment."
If the fact that I laughed so hard tears streamed down my face at this article doesn't prove my little-boy sense of humor, I don't know what will.  This is just too funny not to share.
Gosh, I sure hope we have sons.
Sideburns & Such
Yes, my Facebook status is true.  The other night, I did remove part of Ben's right sideburn.  Ben gets his haircut every so often at SuperCuts or wherever, but in between when he still likes the top but feels sheepish about the back and the sides, he has me give him a little trim.  This is not the first time something has gone wrong.  Once, I cut what looked like an elf ear shape into his hair over just one ear.  Unfortunately, it would have just been worse if I did it to the other side.
This time, I was doing a great job.  I was feeling proud and confident . . but those feelings always come before the fall, don't they . . ?  When I got to the last part, his right sideburn, I got a little "loose" with my handling of the clippers and I slashed a horizontal space in the middle of his sideburn.  We then had to shorten it; it was just too bad to let it be and hope no one would notice.  Fortunately, this time we could fix the other side to match and it's not horrible.  Buutttt . . it was pretty bad.  I'm not sure I'll be trimming his hair anymore.
In other news . .
Mom came up last weekend.  Have I mentioned that I love living 2 hours away from my family?  It rocks!
&
The other day I was just filled with the joy that living the Gospel brings.  So much so that I wanted to blog about it!  I don't normally blog about things like that . . but the Church has been making a big push in the last few years about sharing the Gospel and our testimonies using technology and social media, so I guess I should.  Except that I'm pretty sure that the only people who read my blog are already LDS . .
&
I think THIS is pretty awesome:
Do you think I could get matching pointe shoes?
forever & ever
Yesterday at work we were playing balloon volleyball.  One lady just couldn't figure out the game and she kept asking things like "Well, what's the point?" and "What do I do with the balloon now?"
Then she asked "How long is this gonna go on for, anyways?"
I said "Foreevvvver and eevvvver."
Another resident then said "Aahhmen."
Haha!
if you only knew
I didn't love my body for a lot of years, but I love it now.  I wish I could instill in every human being a love for their body, a precious gift from our Heavenly Father while we're on this earth.  If you only knew how wonderful and how loved you are for being exactly who you are.
fails
A couple of funny fails around here lately . . .
Last Saturday, Ben told me that he wanted to make Easter a little more special than just any other Sunday, and he wanted to do so by (me) making and (us) decorating sugar cookies. He knows this is one of my favorite activities. So we needed Easter cookie cutters. This happens every holiday . . the search for holiday-specific cookie cutters . . it's like no one uses them anymore! We tried Target first because we had to pick up a few other things there. And then we drove away before we even looked for cookie cutters! Forgetful. And too prideful to turn around! So then we tried the Dollar Store . . and then Marshall's just because it was next door. No luck. By now Ben is a little frustrated! It was cute. He just wanted to make Easter more special by doing something fun for me, is that too much to ask? We should have just turned around when we were so close to Target. It was getting late and we were tired. We were about to drive all the way back across town to Target, but I thought of the Michael's Arts & Crafts that we were already close to. And we found cookie cutters!
I can only still call it a fail because we had to pay $15 for the 101 piece kit, much to Ben's chagrin.
But I told him that it's the cookie cutter set I've always dreamed of and now we will never go on another holiday-specific cookie cutter search all over town! It's a win for me!
This next fail doesn't end so happily, so don't get your hopes up.
Monday night after dinner Ben was looking to help me during a busy evening. He assigned himself the chore of finishing the laundry. (And I did remind him to switch the load from the washer into the dryer!) Well, the clothes in the dryer weren't quite done yet so he gave them some more time and we went on with our evening. A little later Ben folded the clothes that were in the dryer and we, again, went on with our evening.
We both had to wake up at 5:30 the next morning so we got ready for bed and then I sat down on the living room floor and started stretching. Ben said, "Are you ready for bed?" I said, "Yep, just waiting for the bedding to dry and then we can make the bed and go to sleep!" And Ben said, "Ohgharhgh. I didn't switch the load from the washer to the dryer. When the first load wasn't dry yet, it slipped my mind. Even if I switch it now it won't be dry for at least an hour."
We were both sooooo tired and we had to get up much earlier than we're used to the next morning, so we just had to make do. See our solution below.
We used our Ernst & Young complimentary blanket as a fitted sheet, a quilt and our comforter for blankets, and two of Ben's big t-shirts for pillowcases. I took a picture because I knew we would think it was funny at some point, but that point was not then. Then we tried to sleep.
Two hours later, Ben woke up (I don't think I had fallen asleep yet), got our damp sheets out of the dryer, and made the bed. I'll just say that we did not sleep well and 5:30 came very early.
Fail!
Funny things in the Myers household. :)
house of nanking
Our buddy DJ was in town for some business this week so Ben and I jumped at the chance for dinner in the city with him! We chose House of Nanking, one of our favorites in ChinaTown. We first discovered House of Nanking in our Frommer's Guide to San Francisco. Ben likes to call this guide "the bible." For this restaurant, Mr. Frommer gives a few recommendations - one of which is for dumplings with peanut sauce - we have tried those and they are delicious! After Mr. Frommer's recommendations, he then says that if the waiter or waitress offers you a special then you should order that because they know their food!
Well, we walked into the restaurant and Ben immediately started speaking Chinese to the employees. This caught the attention of the restaurant owner who then came over to our table personally. He asked if we were Mormon - lots of Mormons go to Hong Kong and know how to speak Chinese . . . and John Huntsman is a popular customer at House of Nanking. Who knew? We said that we were Mormon and he then verified that we had no allergies and he took our menus away, saying that he was going to "take care" of us for the night!
Our five course meal arrived immediately after that! We were all so delighted and humored by such personal service!
This is what we got -
Wonton Soup
Fried Pork Dumplings with Peanut Sauce (their peanut sauce is amazing!)
Sesame Chicken . . how did he know that Sesame Chicken is a Ben Myers' family favorite?!
Something beefy - it was too spicy for me!
Garlic Fish . . mmm hmmm!
The food was delicious and I think we all enjoyed it more than we usually would have because the restaurant owner was sending out all of his favorite dishes!
Then the bill came . . . haha! We did not begin the evening expecting to pay for a five course meal, but when it was the owner, how could we resist?? Ben went up to bargain with him over the price . . (he later told me that he just likes to bargain for the experience . . uh-huh . . . and the lower price, I am sure). He did get the price down to half of what it was, but he felt badly about bargaining his way to such a good deal, so he came back having paid the full price but with some free restaurant t-shirts!
It was awesome. :)
driving the alpine loop: a big fail
Before coming back to Provo for our last semester, Ben and I made a bucket list. I was adamant that "driving the Alpine Loop in the Fall" be on there - in fact, it is the first one listed. I have heard from numerous friends and cousins how beautiful the fall leaves are, but for one reason or another, fall after fall I have failed to drive the Alpine Loop! This fall, our last fall, I made absolutely sure that we did not neglect this item on our bucket list. And we didn't . . . we just did it a little too late.
Take a look:
Nope. Not a single leaf!!!
. . .
I finally managed to take this single picture of some leaves on a tree. Only part of the tree is showing because the rest of the picture would be dead leaves. Ha!
Who would have thought, because this is what the trees look like down in Provo! I guess you just have to be smarter than the trees. :-/
thirty-one cents
We are staying with Ben's parents in Indiana this month and we are currently on vacation with all of the family in Florida, but I wanted to share this funny story from a few weeks ago . . .
Baskin Robbins has advertised a 31 cent scoop night, so even though Ben and I were completely stuffed on the Van Noys’ specialty Neapolitan milkshakes after our farewell party, we decided to stop by to take advantage of the great deal and put the ice cream in our refrigerator for the next night. Unfortunately, when it was our time to order, we discovered that the special deal doesn’t start until next Wednesday. Oops. We said we would come back another time. However, the best part of the trip was that Sonora, a girl who works there who knows us by name and who always gives us extra large scoops, started heating chocolate right when she saw us walking in. She knows that Ben love chocolate-dipped waffle cones and bowls, so she started making one for him before I even ordered one. Now that is what I call customer service!
We passed a Baskin Robbins on the real 31 cent scoop night last week in Carmel and, of course, enjoyed!
charity
As I was walking to class this morning on the dead-worm-littered sidewalk, I saw a girl stop, pick up a worm that was still alive, and return it to its home in the dirt and flowers.
what kind of king are you?
We recently acquired a big, new bed - for free!
We thought that we were moving from our full to a king, but it turns out we moved to a California king!
(Notice the difference in bed to pillow ratio and bed height to lamp height ratio.)
We can't decide if, with our old bedding on it, it looks more like a hamburger in a bun that is too small, or a bald man with a tupee. Either way, it has provided us with a lot of laughter. This bed is huge!
Don't worry - new, Cali King size bedding is on it's way!
Also, Ben is really grateful that his feet don't hang off of the end anymore. :)
Christmas Cookie Friday
Aunt Kelly has always been my hero, so I wanted our family to have a Christmas Cookie Friday, too! If you don't know what I'm talking about, click here and here.
So, on Friday, Ben and I had a little party with sugar cookies, frosting, and sprinkles! It was so fun! (Ask Ben - I said that, oh, about 150 times.)
For some reason we didn't register for a rolling pin, so our dough was rolled out with lots of finger prints.
We laughed at this little guy because he has a bum crack! (Mature, I know.)
These are the cookies we're giving to our home/visiting teaching families; they're the cute ones.
These are the one's that Ben managed not to eat.
You'll notice "blessing" in Chinese, "wife" in Chinese, Peyton Manning, the Mexican snowman, and ET/Edward Scissorhands among our other creative joys.
Tonight we went to an Appetizer/White Elephant Gift Exchange party. We brought popcorn balls! I topped them with Christmas sprinkles for a little extra festivity.
On the last round of the gift exchange, instead of stealing an already-unwrapped gift, Ben decided to take the last wrapped present. The game ended with this . . .
siblings
I was telling Ben tonight about a certain kitchen table occurrence when Scott and I were little. The bad words in our house at the time were "dumb", "stupid", and "poopy-head". Scott said the prayer at the dinner table this night and as soon as he said "amen", he looked up, said "Dumb, stupid, poopy-head!" and ran to his room because he knew he'd be in trouble. Hahaha!
Anyway, pretty much all of the photos on my phone are ones Dad has sent me over the past year or so. I look at them every now and again and I thought it was time to share because, frankly, my siblings are dang hilarious. Enjoy! :)
Love, love, love them and can't wait to see them next month for Turkey-Day! :)
