Convention 2017

Everyone says that if you're an Usborne Books & More consultant, you should go to Convention (because of how it will benefit you & your business).  After attending for my first time, I say that you should be an Usborne Books & More consultant SO that you can go to Convention!  It was amazing and SO much FUN!  

One of the highlights for me was getting to finally meet Shari in person!  I met Shari early on in my business when she was a hostess for me.. then she joined me team.. and since has soared to amazing heights.  From the beginning we've totally clicked, online,.. but we "click" even more in person!  It was awesome.

The Tag Team Party Peeps are really popular direct sales trainers and they were our keynote speakers this year.

So many fun friends I'm so happy to have in my life through Usborne Books & More!  This is Monica - we met in January at ELC.

I totally didn't think going to a dance with a bunch of book ladies would be fun, but it was a total blast!!

I loved having the opportunity to tour our home office & warehouse before I flew home!

Anaheim Vacation House

The weekend after Ben graduated, we rented a home in Anaheim with some of our very best friends - the Dorffs and the Muirs.  Jake was one of 4 children under the age of 3 and he had a total blast!  The adults did, too.

It may appear that Jake slept in our bed with us, but the house was so large that he had his own master bedroom the whole weekend! 

We loved the pool in the backyard!

I thinking eating dinner together at a big table full of fun is basically a dream come true.

Lincoln was Jake's best buddy all weekend.

We were less than a half-mile from Disneyland so we watched the fireworks from the front lawn each night.  Not quite as magical . . but still awesome.  ;)

We spent Saturday at Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach . . Jake had a BLAST!

And that night we went to Downtown Disney for a fun dinner!

It was our SIXTH anniversary so Ben got a flower bouquet from the balloon animal lady.

Balboa Island With the Taggarts

We spent the most delightful little day with Joanna & her family at Balboa Island.  Anything done with Joanna is fun because she makes life magical!  We walked and ate and laughed and rented a little bike surrey for all of us (4 adults, 3 kiddos) to ride.  Hilarious times.
