I didn't love my body for a lot of years, but I love it now. I wish I could instill in every human being a love for their body, a precious gift from our Heavenly Father while we're on this earth. If you only knew how wonderful and how loved you are for being exactly who you are.

If you have not read Stephanie Neilsen's book "Heaven is Here" I think you would enjoy it. You can read it in a couple of hours...I thought of her for weeks after reading it and would catch myself when I would start to grumble about not being able to fit in last years clothes etc. Her living testimony to our marvelous body and what it is really for is inspiring, among other things. Great little poster.
