Jacob: Six Months

Oh, dear Jacob!  He is growing so fast and time is passing so quickly!

At six months, Jacob

- is a chunky little fella - those thighs!

- has lighter and lighter hair - turning into a blondie!

- has the biggest blue eyes and everywhere we go people comment on them.

- is up on his knees and rocking - so close to crawling

- moves so quickly doing the army crawl

- can sit unassisted for quite a while . . and then sometimes he just topples right over

- does the downward dog all day long and it cracks us up!

- now nurses on both sides - hurrah!

- laughs and smiles and chit chats with Mom and Dad.

- is not allergic to milk protein like we thought, thank goodness.

- sometimes sleeps through the night, and sometimes is up every hour . . it's a work in progress and sleep training has now begun.  Yikes.

- loves Disneyland and has been 3 times!

- is definitely a mama's boy.  I've got to be in sight at all times!

- is very observant and has got to see what's going on around him!

- is wild and rambunctious, curious and determined . . it is very clear that I am going to have my hands full with this one!

We love our Jakey-boy, Little Buddy, and Goose!  What joy he brings to our hearts!
