I am finally getting caught back up on this blog of mine. It has been so good to be back in Los Angeles, living in one place, and living together. We are having so much fun as a little family of three!
Jacob was welcomed back to LA with 3 doctors appointments 3 days in a row. He was such a doll and is a healthy little babe! He also loved kicking the paper on the doctor's table.
Jacob reminds me of my parents' dog Oreo - crying when his toy gets stuck under the couch!
We've gone to the beach a few times. Jacob is NOT a fan.
Doug came to visit! Such fun!
Jacob looooves the bath tub. Here he had just learned a new trick - rolling over IN the tub.
Jacob also looooves the swing! This was his first time. He smiled the whole time, until he got sleepy, and when I took him out he promptly fell asleep on my shoulder. Not the only time he's fallen asleep in the swing.
Jake is just one of the gang!
Ben's first ever time to Disneyland! Jacob's second. We are loving having passes!
We took Jacob to a pumpkin patch during the Halloween season. He was not impressed. Neither were we!
Jake's favorite toy this fall - a big bowl of Halloween candy! He doesn't know what it is, but he does put it in his mouth. He's managed to get a number of them open so it's time we throw it all away.
My little yogi - Jake is always doing downward dog! Cracks us up.
Ben competed in the Trick or Tri triathlon!
It is so fun taking Jake to the grocery store now that he can sit in the cart. On this particular day, we were stopped by someone who works in the "industry" and told that he should be a model (that actually happens every time we go out . . or every time I open the door for the UPS man or anybody else). The lady at the store then gave me a list of talent agencies to contact so that he can do some modeling! Ha!
Baby food is a new adventure in this house. We love Jakey's booster seat!
He's quite a happy fellow MOST of the time.
Grandma Molly came to visit!
As Jacob has become mobile he's gotten himself stuck in many places.
Now he is crawling and pulling himself up to standing! Crazy!
Ben walked in just as he was swinging a leg over the edge of the crib. Yikes! Time to lower the mattress.
Jake is soooo cool.
And . . he looks just like me.

Your family is so cute! Jake sure is a handsome fellow and Nana and I love him so (you and Ben also). These pictures are all fun view in one place. Glad things are going so well.

I looooooooved this post! You should have seen Ben and I reading it. We giggled and sighed and "oh he's sooooooo cute!" at every picture. :)
