A few Saturdays ago, Ben ran his first half-marathon! 13.1 miles! His IT band has been bothering him enough to be seeing a doctor for it, so he wasn't sure he'd be able to run. But he did, and he didn't have any pain! He ran so great! He ran the half-marathon in 1:40:03. Boom baby!!
